Cardiovascular Exercises- You love to hate them, but they are great for your body and health. Running, jogging, walking, biking, swimming and more. These exercise are usually medium in their level of intensity and burn a large number of calories. Running for example can burn between 300-700 calories and hour (depending on your physical characteristics). Try to do incorporate one or more of theses activities into your workout schedule for about 3 times a week.
Interval workouts- These workouts have become very popular the past few years, and they are high intensity for short period of times with short recovery in between. For example: running 100 meter as fast as you can and rest for 1 minute. Repeat 10 times. Other workouts are what you may know as boot-camp. Where you go around stations and each station is a different exercise. You do an intense exercise and than move to another station. These workouts are great for people with a busy schedule as they are short and very effective.
So if are aiming to lose belly fat, your best bet is to do these kind of workouts. Try to find a group in your city that workout together to gain some motivation and make sure you are doing the exercises right, stretch, and look after your body in general.
